The main strategic lines of business of the company is merging and acquisition of land / premises for the Commercial / Retail, EuroImob conducted favourable cooperation with the most active developers in Romania.
 

Thus, in partnership with real estate developer Bel Rom have been initiated large projects of strategic importance such as trade:

• Retail Park Sibiu - on an area of 120.000mp, was inaugurated on November 17 and includes four major operators, respectively promenade Mall - commercial center, Media Galaxy - the segment of electronic goods and appliances, and Real-hypermarket BauMax for products DIY (DIY - Do it your self ")

• Retail Park Targu Mures - on a total area of 140,000 square meters - is the second project and includes an Auchan Hypermarkets, a DIY store Baumax center and a Media Galaxy, along with a commercial gallery and a furniture store.

• The project Ramnicu Valcea - on an area of 230.000mp, the project will be in a commercial center of scale which, in addition to hypermarket, DIY store, photo shop and commercial furniture and interior decorators will include a set of collective housing .

• Deva Retail Park - a total of 165.000mp will be arranged a DIY store, a hypermarket, electronics store and appliances, a furniture store and a hotel.

• Drobeta Turnul Serverin Retail Park- on an area of 120.000 sqm is going to be developed a Carrefour Hypermarket, a DIY Store- Bricostore and also a commercial gallery.

• Roman Retail Park

The company currently operates 5 other large projects at national level.
